San Diego - 2009 Porsche 911 Carrera S Cabriolet - 28k Miles, 6-speed

An absolutely gorgeous example of a first-year 997.2 cabriolet in "S" trim - these cars received an upgraded 3.8-liter flat-six that churned out 385 buttery horsepower, and I can attest that they're as comfortable to drive as they are beautiful.

This car is well-equipped, with striking Meteor Gray Metallic paint over Cocoa full leather that includes a brown soft top. I've seen lots of 997.2 cabrios, but none with this sort of coloring. And of course, this one comes with the Sport Chrono plus package, PASM, and a 6-speed manual, meaning that it should appeal to enthusiasts.

The pedal feel in these cars is fantastic, as is the noise from the flat-six when you engage first gear properly. The exhaust emits a sort of bassy crackle that quickly grows into a flat-six wail, and rowing through the notchy gears with such a stiff, responsive clutch is really a transformative experience.
With just 28k miles and full records since new, this car's $52k price tag is very reasonable. Get a PPI, check for overrevs, and buy this car confidently.
